About KartRacer
KartRacer is AI built for kart racers. Each session produces thousands of data points most drivers never have time to study — speed traces, G-force, GPS lines, RPM. Our AI reads all of it, tracks your progression across track days and seasons, and turns the patterns into coaching you can act on. Import MyChron exports, link RaceHub when your series publishes results, and add onboard video when you have it.
The product is in active beta. Features and pricing may change, but the core idea stays the same: let the AI do the deep read on your data so you can focus on driving and the decisions that matter on track day.
What you need
- LoggerMyChron 5/6 or other AiM device with CSV export via RaceStudio 3
- OptionalYouTube onboard link per session for video-aware coaching
- RaceHubSeries that publish on AlphaTiming RaceHub for Vs. Field and championship standings
Common questions
- What data does the AI actually read?
- Every channel in your logger export — typically lap times, GPS coordinates, speed, lateral and longitudinal G, RPM, and sector splits. That is hundreds of readings per lap and thousands per session. The AI analyzes the full trace, not just your best lap time, and compares it to your prior sessions at the same track.
- What hardware do I need?
- A MyChron or compatible AiM logger and RaceStudio 3 to export session CSVs. GPS, lateral G, and RPM channels give the richest analysis, but KartRacer works with whatever your export includes.
- How does RaceHub integration work?
- When your series publishes results on AlphaTiming RaceHub, link a track day to the official event and your class. KartRacer pulls official timing for Vs. Field comparison and season championship standings. Your logger sessions stay separate — you match each one to qualifying or the final.
- Is my telemetry shared with other drivers?
- No. Your CSV data and coaching reports are private to your account. Friends only see what you choose to share through the friends feature — there is no public driver search.
- Can I upload a full race day at once?
- Yes. Drop multiple CSV files and KartRacer queues them. You validate laps per session, then run coaching on each one. Day-level summaries roll everything up when you are ready.
- Does the AI watch my onboard video?
- You can paste a YouTube link on a session. KartRacer sends relevant frames and telemetry to the AI for video observations and a unified coaching summary alongside your lap data.
- What does the beta include?
- Everything on the homepage is available today — session and day analysis, maps, progression charts, RaceHub standings and Vs. Field, friends, and up to three driver profiles. Pricing will be introduced later; the beta is free with no credit card required.
